Can anyone tell me what activities burn what amount of calories. I alot of the cardio, yoga but I would like to reach my calorie goal. I have an hour and a half in-between my daughter's nap and I would like to to 400 a day.

I have also wanted to try zumba for the Wii, is it any good?

I do about 40 minutes of Spinning, and according to myfitnesspal, it says I burn about 440 calories.

I have the Zumba fitness game for the PS3 and I love it. the only thing that is annoying is that the Expert level is nowhere near as intense as the Beginner. Also, the controller falls out of the belt that i paid extra to get.
here is a website that pretty accurately tracks the amount of calories burned during Zumba

I think you'd probably burn the most with the cardio, but I haven't really used Wii Fit in a while... I mostly stuck to the free run and boxing.

You may want to look into getting EA Sports Active. I only have the first one, which I picked up for cheap at Big Lots, but it's a good workout. It has cardio as well as strength exercises using a resistance band (which you could easily replace for a harder one). I really recommend it if you want to get a good workout from your Wii.

I was thinking about getting that game... Now, it is on my "definitely-must-get-this-or-your-life-is-over" list along with UFC personal trainer.
