What is on your iPod playlist when you exercise? Need more musical motivation to keep my butt moving.

  • i have alot of missy elliot songs on my workout playlist or some pitbull...those are for my really fast cardio workouts but if i want to go a normal pace i listen to slower songs like next time by common

    this would be my playlist as well.. .along with the clash, authority zero, mumford and sons, flogging molly, no doubt, etc... it would depend on my mood:)

    The "Run Lola, Run" soundtrack, or "Blood Makes Noise".
  • download an app called JogFM it finds music in your playlist to adjust to your working out speed.
