im still in one but would love to start in this one too !!! we do a closed group post so ppl know , and we up load photos for weight in with the date and a code word so their is no cheating etc LOL.. we also in the group have a weight chart and who ever is the lowest weight lost or gain gets eliminated so it depends on how you want to do it all or have no one leave and just do challenges or something??0

I would suggest not elimnating anyone. I think that is counter productive. It will depend on how much time you want to put in Smiles. One girl did a spread sheet using google docs and we posted our weekly weight on the topic or by messaging her. If your not wanting to spend that much time on it, I would have every one post here with start weight and current weight.0

I could use some group motivation. I was doing really well the first half of the year (40lbs down in 5 months), but have plateaued since then and I really want to lose 66-80lbs more pounds. Need some help getting back on track!
And the holidays can be hard. (did you guys know the average thanksgiving dinner is 3,000 calories?). by the time you add that, latkes for Chanukah, Christmas dinner, holiday parties. would love to share how folks work on holiday dinner to not feel deprived but not spoil their week.0 -

not true at all our group we are in now its makes you more determined not to be eliminated out of the game! i lost 46inches in 8weeks so far and about 6kgs0 -
