My young nieces love snacks but they are really pudging up. My sister tries to keep them active but I think she feeds them too much processed food meals. I came across this recipe from Hungry Girl and I thought I would try it with them. It doesn't taste like REAL fudge but it is chocolatie and my sister said her girls like it. It has 63 calories per piece and only 1 gram of fat.

1 15 oz can of pumpkin
1 family sized fudge brownie baking mix
(and 2 T. of peanut butter can be swirled in but I didn't put any in)

Mix the ingredients together (don't add anything else) and pour into an 8"x8" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on 350 for 35 minutes. It will stil be a bit gooey. let cool and cut into 36 squares.
