    Baked asparagus, carrots, celery and boneless skinless chicken breast. Sprinkled with a tinyyyy bit of sea salt and 1tbs of canola oil 400 Calories

    Re: tuna couscous casserole


    (3) 5oz can tuna, drained
    (1) 10.5oz can cream of mushroom low sodium
    (1) 14oz can sweet young peas, drained
    1/2c skim milk

    seasonings added - pepper, minced onion, garlic powder

    simmer above in saucepan, low - med heat 10-15 mins
    (makes approx. 4 - 1/2c servings, 150 calories, 17carb, 14protein per recipe builder)

    Cook couscous seperately (I used Trader Joes whole wheat)



    1/4c cooked couscous in bowl, topped with 1/2c tuna mixture, stir - yum yum!
    Total bowl approx. 260 calories.

    A small mixed field green salad with a half cup of low cal chicken salad, two hard boiled eggs, and a small cheddar cheese wedge. Dessert was a handful of low sodium blue diamond almonds.

    Left over roast beef from last night( about 4-5 ounces) , a big, juicy pear and a cup of coffee with 1% milk. I am full to bursting, lol.

    Thinking I may go to subway today...or lean cuisine it again.

    I do love the grilled chicken breast sandwich on flat bread...it's lovely.
