The obvious answer is a heart rate monitor as the workout vary quite a bit. For example, I burn more calorie in Fire 45 than I do in Fire 55 EZ, despite it being 10 minutes shorter. I use a Polar FT7 and love it. It is about $90 on Amazon. The strap is comfortable and works well on women too.

If you don't want to buy one, then you might have to poke around to see what others are burning. Just look for women that are your size and same fitness level and you should get pretty close. My wife's calorie burn is 200-400 based on the exercise.

If you have any questions about the workout, just let me know.I'm almost through a hybrid round of P90X and Turbofire, so I've done them all several times. Don't forget to sign up for the Beachbody Challenge so you can have additional motivation.

There's an option on MFP to log turbo jam, and as turbo fire is apparently quite similar, that might be useful. Other friends I have on here who are doing it without a HRM log it as aerobics, high intensity. I'm not sure what they log the HIITs or the core/toning/sculpting workouts as.

I know that I burn up to 450 kcals when I do the 45 or 55, including the stretch 10 afterwards. I burn about 270 for the fire 30 workout. I am 5'4" and about 139lbs, if that helps!

    Heart rate monitor.

Before I got one, I would use the option in the MFP database that says something about TurboJam. But I decided to compare one day and it was wayyy off.

Thank you for your help I will look into one since it seems to be more accurate than what the website gives.
