and I love it. I love that it doesn't look like those exercise workouts where the girls are barely sweating and everything looks easy for them and I love that she has different moves from what I would even have thought to do. Plus she's hot- if that doesn't motivate you... hahaha

    ETA: Bingo! She is so motivating. I also love the fact that she's not afraid to sweat and actually get exhausted during her workouts.

    Yes, that's Zuzanna from BodyRock.tv. Wah!!! She's not doing Body Rock workouts anymore...so sad. Her 'replacement' is Canadian though so that's gotta count for something :)
