Hey she suggests getting some 3lbs or 5lbs free weights and using a mat if possible (I use my yoga one)! I did it for the first time on Sat, it was good but you will sweat so have a water bottle and a towel at hand!

    Hope that helps!

All her DVDs are like that I hate it! I usually turn it on, then go up to my room, change into work out gear, fill up my water bottle come back and it's still usually booting up!
  • I have 2 sets of weights - 2 lbs and 5 lbs. I haven't done the video in a while so I'd probably need a heavier set now. Anyway, some of the weight exercises were perfect with the 5 lb weight, but I couldn't do some of the other ones so I switch out. And, yes, the intro is annoying, lol.

You can skip the intro by ejecting the DVD when you finish the workout. When you put it back in the next day it starts where you left it (at menu option) It took me a while to figure out; sat thru a few intros myself.
