I PLAN to weigh 135 by this time next year. That's only a couple pounds off per month, so hopefully I'll reach it before then and maintain. Looking forward to it!0

I'm kind of sorry I figured this out...
If I lose a pound a week, which is very optimistic, I will STILL be Overweight this time next year.

If I lose 1 lb a week for the next year that will put me close to my final goal at 160lb I would like to be closer to 150 but 160 isn't bad at all!0
