Hey All,
Here is a before and after, Started around may, have lost 90 on the dot so far. I was seeing 7 pounds per week weight loss in the beginning, but now im down to a crawl of 1-3 . Oh well, Progress is progress!

After... (This was taken in September, I've actually lost about 15 pounds since then, so really this is just the 75 mark, sorry!)

Hey Congrats man! I reached the 90 lbs mark and was emotional when I did reach. Never thought I would be able to shed that much in about a year. Now I am staring at 100 Lbs flat (about 7-9 more lbs). Keep it going man!

Looking great what were you doing to lose 7lb per week ?? I can only manage 1-2 lb at the moment0

As for tips.....the major thing I've been doing is sticking to 1300 calories a day, and one cheat meal per week that doesn't exceed 500-600. calories. Along with that, I play racquetball 2-3 times a week, and go to the gym to do cardio 2-3 times a week as well. It's rough doin all that to just lose a pound here or there, but once the routine is down you get used to it.
1300 was really rough for me at first, but if you sustain a boring diet, the same food tends to fill you up quicker after a bit. I used to eat a full cup of oatmeal for breakfast with a bit of cinnamon (306 cals) - now, I just do half a cup (156 cals) and I'm good until lunch most days. It doesn't hurt anything that I don't like cheese though (Weird, I know) - cause that stuff is crazy high in calories.
I'll put more pics up when I get to the goal of 150!0
