    I joined within the last month and have lost about 10lbs so far with moderate effort. My goal is to stabilize at about 190lbs. Prior to bariatric surgery, I weighed 348lbs. Currently, I am 226lbs at 5'11" I play tennis, do yoga, work out with weights, elliptical, and stretch. I also do floor work for core strength. I sing bass-baritone and exercise helps the pipes.

    I saw this post with one eye open after the topic liner and was pleasantly surprised to see that MFP is opening up to our diverse group of members.
