Anyone out there running today? I got 8 miles in. I was super sluggish starting out, but managed to suck it up and have a great run. Happy Monday!

    Great job Runners!

This is a judgement free zone. Walking, running, skipping... If you're moving you're improving!

I'll be resting for a few days. I am sick. Normally, I'll run anyway if I am sick from the neck up. This one's a little lower so I am going to rest for a few days.

Keep on moving everybody. Fast or slow - doesn't matter.

    No "running" for me today.

I did play basketball for an hour and a half though.

We got our cable hooked up to our garage today, where the treadmill is...so now I can watch tv while on the tready! I'm so excited because I'm an outdoor runner, and the treadmill tends to get pretty boring for more than 2 miles.

Great job, runners!! No run for me today! Planning to get back to it tomorrow though. Thanks again for the congrats on my half marathon this past weekend!

I did however do a 30 min kickboxing workout this AM, and then did P90X + Upper Plus workout w/ my dh tonight. I'll be feeling that tomorrow!

Great job guys! 5 miles today. I won't get anything tomorrow, unfortunately. There will be no time at all.

Monday, Son and I started week 4 of the couch to 5K program. It was a chilly couple of miles but I enjoyed our last day of spring break together.
