ive been loosing weight since end of feb and wanted to loose 4 stone by 17th of december, iwas 17st + & a bmi of 36 now im 13st 10lb and bmi of 29. im so pleased i found mfp and its really helped me focus! my husband is now on it too and doing incredibly well, hes lost nearly 2 stone.
