So this is my second dieting experience.
The first time I tried dieting, my friend convinced me to try a rather unhealthy, very (too) low-calorie diet. I lost a lot of weight in the begining but it failed in the end once I couldn't keep up, so I'm back to try a healthier approach. This time I'm incorporating excersise and after only two days I'm already feeling better.
I'm hoping to slim down and get more active in the four and a half months I have left in the States. After that I'm off to Japan for a year of study abroad~! Time to start working hard!
