Baked Crab Rangoons

I made these last night and they were SO yummy!

Baked "Crab" Rangoons - Makes 8 - Serving size is 2 Rangoons

All Natural Nasoya - Won Ton Wrappers, 8 wrappers
Lea & Perrins - Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (5 ml)
Onions - Raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Giant Whipped Cream Cheese - Whipped Cream Cheese, 4 tbsp
Louis Kemp Healthy Crab Delights - Chunk Style Crab Product,
Garlic - Raw, 0.25 clove

Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, Onions, garlic & chopped Crab Delights together. Place about 1 tsp. of mixture in the middle of each won ton wrapper. Fold to won ton shape (or whatever shape you want) sealing edges with little water. Place on baking pan sprayed lightly with oil (or use non-stick aluminum foil or parchment paper). Bake at 425 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until brown.

I think normal fried rangoons are about 140 calories for 2, so baking them definitely works better and they taste just as good to me!

My recipe came out as follows per serving of 2 Rangoons
