Tracking Weight Training?

Hi, everyone! I am new to the site. I have a weight training class three days/week. How do I track everything? Does it count for exercise (a.k.a. calroeis burned = more to eat)?

    Enter it under cardio, "Weight training"

  • This system her on MFP more than likely ask you some questions under "exercise" and it should tell you how many additonal calories you will get for what you burned.:tongue:

    If you're doing it in such a way that it keeps your pulse elevated constantly, like short rests between sets, you could list it as circuit training. If it's at a more leisurely pace where your heart rate slows significantly between sets I'd list it as weight training. You should be able to find both under cardiovascular exercise, I know I did.
