Hi, everyone! I am new to the site. I have a weight training class three days/week. How do I track everything? Does it count for exercise (a.k.a. calroeis burned = more to eat)?
Thanks!!

This system her on MFP more than likely ask you some questions under "exercise" and it should tell you how many additonal calories you will get for what you burned.

If you're doing it in such a way that it keeps your pulse elevated constantly, like short rests between sets, you could list it as circuit training. If it's at a more leisurely pace where your heart rate slows significantly between sets I'd list it as weight training. You should be able to find both under cardiovascular exercise, I know I did.0

Thanks! I thought I tried to do that. I may have been inattentive & just didn't look or do something correctly.
