So hey there everyone!
I'm not a newbie to the site as I've been on here over a year I have just not done very well with the actual diet side of it all. I've managed to have a day tally of nearly 200 days, only problem is over half or even under a quarter have me actually 'logging' days eating well and Excersising.
So as of tomorrow I'm not gonna come on the site etc and restart my days and as of thurs start all over again and lose this weight I'm just getting fedup with it and myself.
Also managed to convince my boyfriend to join me with it and he's at the same gym and we live together so it well help. And we are also gonna follow the 'fit2fat2fit' drew manning meal plans and Excersise which I tried to get a group together for but it unfortunately fell through.
However any ideas what I should do to keep me going and motivated carry on. I seem to find when I'm bored I snack and then I have the mentality of once I've 'failed' just to go the whole hog and carry on. I.e. have one biscuit, brain says 'well you've had one now might as well carry on and have more'
I've been thinking that using the blog on here and being a lot more active on the site in between the gym and work to keep my mind focussed but also distracts me? Well any advice or/and friend requests welcome :-)

Hi! I'm in the same boat as you! I joined the site over a year ago and when I stuck with it.. I saw results! It was when I lost motivation and stopped logging every day and just let myself slip that I gained all of the weight back. I need to be back for good this time!
I read an article about the Fit2Fat2Fit guy.. He has a meal plan? Is it any good?0 -

Looks interesting! I'm a college student and a Resident Assistant so part of my compensation is a free meal plan.. Stuck to dining hall food! Its definitely tough to make healthy choices when there is pizza, cookies, and ice cream at every meal!
I totally hear you on the cost of everything. Over the summer I was paying for all my own food and it was really tough. Just keep the right state of mind!0
