I heard you can make Hummus out of them... I like them plain, personally! LOL!0

Add half a cup of chickpeas to a third cup of brown rice or quinoa, two tablespoons of salsa, a handful of chopped frozen spinach, and one chopped up stick of light string cheese.
MIcrowave about a minute and a half.

I definitely love making hummus with them! Found a simple recipe on Allrecipes.com. Don't worry if you don't have tahini, you can make it without that... just a different taste is all.0

mmm... chickpeas. I make mine with a can of diced tomatoes and add some curry powder. I've heard you can toss them with S&P and bake them in the oven but, I've never tried it.0

I roast 'em. Got the recipe from Gracious Pantry, I think it was. They make great snacks.0

like eating them in any kind of sauce over rice... especially Indian-flavored ones.0

I smash chickpeas, mix them with a vegan mayonnaise and dill relish, and put it on bread to make a vegetarian "tuna" sandwich. It's really good if you like that sort of thing and very easy to make!0

Rinse them in water, spray with a little oil and coat in cayenne/paprika/cumin/garlic pepper ...whatever you like! Then throw them in the oven for a while, change to broil and you get crunchy little chick pea chips! Perfect for snacking!0
