Hey peeps. I'm new obviously and would like to say what's up! So far I'm liking myfitnesspal quite a bit. I have a gold membership at livestrong but the food database is more extensive here than there.

I'm fat and want to change... what are you guys doing to lose weight/fat?

    Calorie intake in moderation was a big big eye opener. I never realized how much I was taking in and not burning away.. wow! I'm addicted to this site and has helped me reach my goal. You will love it here... Feel free to add me if you need some support or laughs through this journey.
