so its almost time for me to invest in a new protein, and im not sure whether the one i have is the best possible one i could have.
im currently using a Highfive recovery protein, cause thats mainly what i want a muscle recovery after gym sessions and running. i play a lot of sports too so i am fairly active but i am still trying to lose weight.

can anyone recommend anything for me? im Australian female, 22yrs 165cm and about 78kg. i guess im looking for a whey thats low in carbs?

you can get soy protein? ive always been told whey isolates so i was just assuming
  • I have two words for you: VEGA SPORT. It's just awesome. Absolutely exquisite; it contains BCAAs to help post-workout and is vegan too. The chocolate is by far my favorite flavor. It's expensive but it's worth twice its price :)

I use Tony Sfeir's Designer Physique 100% Naturel Whey Protein Isolate in double chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

It has 24g of protein per serve and only 0.9g of carbs.

They taste pretty good and they are made with all natural ingredients.
