exercising after being a slacker for 3 weeks. I only did 30 minutes on my bike but I have to work my back up to doing more after being so slack for 3 weeks. I had been doing 60 minutes or more on it before that, but my hubby was off for a week in March and we were really busy and I didn't make time to do any exercise, then after that I was just out of routine and got really slack. I am so glad that I got on the bike today and I feel so good that I am going to keep it up.

I wish that I had the money to go to a gym, but I am a stay at home mom, so we live off of my hubby's check, but I have lots of exercise DVD's and the exercise bike.

Glad you're getting back into it. :drinker: The hardest part about working out is making it to the gym! Keep it up! :flowerforyou:

yes, the exercise is the hardest part for me to keep up with, it wasn't when I first started but when my hubby was off for that week in march I didn't make the time to exercise and then I would find myself making excuses, well, I am too busy today, I will do it tomorrow, only I never did it tomorrow for those 3 weeks, before that I was doing it 6 days a week, I feel so ashamed to have let myself be such a slacker but I am back to it and I did my exercise for today already. As far as staying within the calories and never going over I am doing great in that part of it. :flowerforyou:
