I think I need something to get a jump start. I have heard about Jillian Michaels 30 day shed/shred?
I currently do 45 to 1 hr of cardio 5 x a wk and 3 x for weights.
could I just add in a video of Turbo Jam or something...
Any tips??

    You would probably like Jillian's 30 day shred. It is really good. I started it last Sunday. I didn't think I would be able to do it, but I can. Definitely still trying to get Level 1 down, but there are 3 different levels on her DVD. It incorporates strength training, cardio, and ab exercises.
