Read something on here recently

that I haven't been able to find in the search option. Mainly because I am unsure of What to search for. I read something about when eat is loosening up it goes lumpy or such like. Basically I wanted to know more. I am exercising 5 days a week and following slimming world. I am starting to see the pounds move but wanted to know a little more about the above. Can anyone shed any light? Is this true?
