Two NSVs Today

The first one was when I was at the dentist's office this morning and we were talking and she had me pegged for 10 years younger than I am. That never would have happened 60 lbs ago. The second one happened when I was talking with some coworkers. I was wearing a short sleeved shirt and waving my arms around (I tend to get a little animated at times) and one of them grabbed my arm and asked me if I'd been lifting. Exercise is not something that comes natural to me so it's nice the results are starting to show:)
