    a) W9D1 Complete!! It is sooo much easier to get this done early morning, although I ran between a 4.7 and 4.9
    b) The run felt really good, but I didn't quite reach 3 miles
    c) The next run I'll try to run 3 miles regardless of the time.

    w9d1 completed at speed 4.8
It actually went really well. I was surprised. I don't know how far I went cause I shut the treadmill off before I looked at the distance.
Next I am going to try it at speed 4.9 and then next I am going to try 5.0
One last thing. When does that so called "runner's high" begin. I am glad I am doing this, but I don't enjoy running!!!!

YaaY Tonya, it's nice to see that you got through your first day with no probs!!

Ya know, I'm not getting that runners high either. I feel like it's more of a chore than something I would just get up and do. Maybe it'll hit us after C25K??

    a. W8D2 done
    b. I wanted to stop so badly in the last 5 minutes. I stopped and looked at the clock and I had 2 seconds, left. Is it ok if I count it as complete?!

I know what you mean about the runner's high, I don't get it either. I keep reading things about how much better you feel after you run and how happier you are. Still not getting it!

Bry, it definitely counts, you did it!! I was thinking a little more about the runners high thing. I believe that if we did it completely on our own that it would be different than being "forced' to do it. I completed my day 2 this morning and I was thinking that maybe I'm just not meant to be a runner. I guess time will tell...

    a) W9D2 done, at a 4.8, the distance was under 3 miles
    b) I hated every moment of it, but stopping wasn't an option! The dude next to me kept chatting on his cell phone, arguing with someone, and at 4:30 in the morning!!!
    c) I just want to be done

    CONGRATULATIONS!:flowerforyou:

Day 2 for me tonight! 30Day Shred can't come fast enough. I just don't like running. Any thoughts on how we can stay connected with the 30ds
