Recipe Name: Mexican Stuffed Shells


Ingredients:
•1 (12 oz.) package Morningstar Griller Crumbles
•1/2 cup onion, chopped•1 clove garlic, minced
•1 tsp chili powder
•1/4 tsp cumin
•1/4 tsp dried oregano
•1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
•1/2 cup salsa
•1/4 cup fat free sour cream
•10 jumbo pasta shells
•1 ½ oz reduced fat sharp shredded cheddar cheese



Preparation:
•Preheat oven to 350 F
.•Spray 11x7 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
•Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
•Spray skillet with cook spray.
•Sauté onion and garlic until tender.
•Add Morningstar crumbles and spices and cook for 1 minute
.•Add salsa and cook 5 minutes
.•Remove from heat and add sour cream
.•Let cook slightly. Stuff each cooked shell and place in pan.
•Cover with foil. Bake 15 min.•Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
•Bake uncovered until cheese melts, approximately 1-2 minutes.
