Well this has been a good week, but those occasional chocolate minis that are 80 calories each are showing.....

I need to buy new scales as mine have broke, grrrrrr i wanted to see how i have done over the weekend.
We went camping from Saturday to Tuesday & we had a great time, all the kids sat digging in the mud & were covered head to toe :laugh:
On the monday night i did a 3 mile walk & i am still aching on 1 leg. o but it was so worth it, everyone started @ about 10:30pm stopped @ midnight & started again about 1:30am (me and another lady were making sure no one got lost on the way so were at the back) the stars were so bright & a wonderful sight.

if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO DOUBLE YOUR CURRENT EXERCISE FOR A DAY. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun working those muscles!0

I had a terrible weekend this has been the worst ever. I nearly lost my temper (i have never done it) I was right on the edge but I spoke to a friend & she helped me so much. I managed not to comfort eat both days which is a huge thing if I get that stressed.0

I didn't weigh-in last week. My company filed bankruptcy last week and it was a very stressful week. I didn't log anything I ate and my nerves were a mess. I was laid off on Monday this week. I'm doing better now and I'm job hunting, but also enjoying getting to the gym everyday and really watching what I eat.0 -
