Looking for supportive friends with open diaries

Hi there!

I'm still pretty new on this site and have made a few supportive friends but I'm looking for a few more. The friends that I have on my list right now have open diaries but what I eat and what they eat are totally different.

I'm looking for people that incorporate fresh fruit & veggies into their diets as well as whole grains, low fat dairy and meat. I see a lot of people who just eat "healthy steamers" or other low cal ready to eat meals. I don't ever buy ready to go stuff like that so I find it hard to compare what I'm eating to those who do.

I also frequently use my crockpot and would love to find someone who does the same to swap healthy recipes!

    Hi there!

    My diary is open and while I'm in Europe and using some strange foreign foods, most of my meals should be recognisable. I eat a lot of fresh fruit, veggies and lean proteins (and chocolate too). I do not have a crock pot yet but plan to buy one for Christmas so I'd be interested in recipes!

    I too am looking for new friends that are supportive, eat healthy and have open diary's! I am by know means perfect, but I try to eat as clean/healthy as possible. I have a few crock pot recipes but would love more as well. Good luck on your weight loss journey! :flowerforyou:
