Newbie - What on earth is 30 Day Shred????

Sounds very interesting, but what on earth is this 30 Day Shred that everyone is talking about and doing????
And where can I get it?

  It is a Jillian Michaels work out dvd. I got mine at Walmart and I love it!!! Really gets results.

  I tried it, I like it, but it's a little too much jumping for my knees so it didn't take long for me to lose interest.

  It's a workout DVD from Jilian Michaels from Biggest Loser, it is great ! You can get it at Walmart, Target, Overstock, online.
