The "X" Challenge! ((ALL WELCOME))

Hey Everyone!!

Here's how this works.....

Each week we will set goals we want to beat:

1. Walk/Run/Jog "X" miles for the week.
2. Drink "X" cups of water a week
3. Cut out these "X" foods for that week.
4. Lose "X" lbs this week.

As the weeks progress we can add others we want to challenge, but in my mind if we start small then by the end of our challenge, we will have accomplished things we never thought we could....

I know with me if I set a challenge im gonna wanna show everyone I can do it!

The "X" is because everyone is in different stages of their weight loss and its everyone's personal Challenge.

Challenge Goals must be posted no later then November 11th 2011 for week 1, so pick your "X" and lets get this challenge started!!!
Challenge will begin..... November 12th 2011 (Saturday)

Be Sure to Add anyone you havent already added, best way to keep other motivated =)

    My goal for this upcoming week is:
    1) run 1 mile non-stop (I just took off 5 months and had a baby 2 months ago)
    2) lower my calorie intake by 100 calories a day
    3) lose 1 pound

    OK SO HERES MY GOALS...

    1. Walk 7-10 miles
    2. Drink 21 litters of water which comes out to 84 cups of water
    3. Im cuttng out White Bread ( biggggg weak spot for me)
    4. Hoping to lose 2lbs.

    Since this is week one I'm probably setting my goals a little low, but since I'm not accomplishing any right now I think it's good for a start. :)

    1. Complete week 2 of C25k
    2.Drink 56 cups of water (8 a day)
    3.140 pushups (20 a day)
    4.210 situps (30 a day)

    If I meet these I'll up it for week 2!

    Joe here.

    1) lose 1.5 lbs
    2) Drink at least 90 8oz. glasses of water.
    3) Walk 10 miles

    1. Walk 9 miles for the week. So at least 3 walks during the week.
    2. Drink 4 gallons of water a week.
    3. Bread. I'm eating too many sandwiches.
    4. Lose 1 lb this week. (Aiming small, but I would love 2 lbs!)

    I really like the challenge name. :bigsmile: Maybe you could make a group for it?

    What a great idea! Here goes mine:

    1. Walk/Run/Jog "5" miles for the week.
    2. Drink "56" cups of water a week
    3. Cut out "bread & sugar" for that week.
    4. Lose "2" lbs this week.

    I'm starting out low so I don't disappoint myself. Next time I'll challenge myself more, promise!
