I started using MyFitnessPal about 10 weeks ago and and the first 6-7 weeks the weight came off pretty steady. The past 2-3 weeks, however, I have been stuck. I still do the same calorie count and exercise routine, but the weight is not coming down.
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Looks like you have plateaued. Do what dls06 suggested and switch up the routines!0

Go back in and reset your goals. They don't seem to automatically update. As you lose weight, go through the process of "setting new goals" even if all you do is run through the process and don't change anything. your new current weight will recalculate your goals and your food intake and exercise calories will shift so you can stay on track.0

Yep, sounds like a plateau! I plateau'd for about two months but then I dropped my daily caloric intake and started doing more of different kinds of exercises and I'm back to losing weight Good luck!0
