I've been feeling kinda stuck lately. I've not lost in about a month and a half. Totally my doing, life and everything else has been getting in my way (birthdays, vacations, work trips, car buying, etc...). I've not gained anything though. I thought looking at my progress may be helpful.

I also had a birthday about a week ago. I realized that this is the first birthday... ever... where I weigh less than the birthday before. WOOOHOOO!!!

Some other NSVs so far during my journey:

1. Not needing a "seatbelt extension" on a business trip a last month.
2. Not having to worry about fitting into booths anymore.
3. Having numerous coworkers comment on my weight loss.
4. Others telling me I've inspired them to lose weight.
5. Beating my oldest son in a footrace
6. Being "that guy" who exercises most everyday.
7. Having a person at work I don't even know comment on my weight loss (I work at a major metropolitan police department over 2000 people between sworn and non-sworn).
8. Getting under 40 minutes on my 5k time.
9. Being able to average 5mph for my daily runs.
10. knocking up my wife to give us a 3rd boy.

So far I'm down 65lbs without further ado...

    good work

    looking great! :)

its harder when your weightloss slows down. I'm lucky to lose half a kilo a week at the moment. But as long as you're not gaining, eating healthy and exercising, every week is a step in the right direction :)

    keep it UP
