2 weeks of MFP...

And I'm hooked. I've added a few friends and they are awesome so I would like to add more. I'm not new to trying to lose weight but I have had the fastest results with this app being able to keep up with what I'm eating helps and this app had made it so easy to do that. So I look forward to meeting new people on the same journey, I look forward to celebrating my goals as well as yours. Let's do this!

  • Hi and well done so far. Ive been on here a couple of weeks too and loving the results I am seeing. I am finding it really helpful being able to log and track everything.

    I'm almost 3 weeks in and 12 lbs down, I love MFP! I am in need some friends who understand how hard it is to stick with it and encourage me I still have a ways to go.

    Ive been on and off of MFP but this time I am going to stick with it. I find it very helpful with tracking my calories and exercise. If you don't track it is very easy to over eat on your calories. So everybody help me stay with it and add me as your friend.

    I've been on for a week and think I've spent more time on here than I have my facebook account, lol! I too have tried countless diets to lose weight. I feel really positive about this and like this is going to really do my body wonders! I like MFP because I also feel like I'm really learning how to eat right. With Weight Watchers you get a good idea of what you should and shouldn't eat, but you have to turn everything into points. With MFP the calories that you see on the package are the calories you get...no converting needed! I've even learned that some of what I thought were my healthiest lunches or dinners are not!
