What is your target calorie intake per day? To get you started, there are a lot of websites that offer sample meal plans for each calorie range. One which I have used is:

Once you get on a roll you'll be able to create your own meal plans, but it helps to have a jumping off point. Good luck!

Im not big on exercising either! Just the THOUGHT makes me tired, lol. Personally, I think walking everyday and putting a bit of a "kick' into my housework, is more than good enough to get me started on the right foot! You don't have to hit the gym 5 days a week to get exercise. As long as you move and don't stay idle after eating, its a GREAT start!! Baby steps.......slow and steady wins the race!!

Best of luck to you!

My main source of exercise is walking....it's a great way to work out. You don't have to be sweating buckets at the gym to see results. I walk anywhere from a 1.5 to 3 miles most days and I definitely see results and more toning in my body. Plus it's really hard to injure yourself walking since it's so low impact on your joints and such. Have fun!

Start off slow then build yourself up.

Start by going for walks hit the pavement starting at a 1/2 mile and build yourself up to miles--

My main form of workout is Hitting the gym for a sweat session I enjoy being surrounded by fit people that is my motivation-

    Best of luck to you
