Experiment?

So I realized the past few weeks what I did without thinking about it was an experiment. About 5 weeks ago for 2-3 weeks I stopped taking my vitamins (I took a lot) and didn't log what I ate or paid close attention to it. I gained like 7 lbs. Then the past almost 2 weeks I've started taking my vitamins again and slowly getting back into my old eating habits and I didn't get on the scale till this morning and I was down the 7 plus 1 extra lb! So that was kind of awesome! It just goes to show the vitamins I was taking I could tell was helping me on how I felt about myself and what I really wanted to put in my body. Because when I wasn't taking them I was tired all the time and just ate all the time. Has anybody else had this type of experience? Am I just crazy that the two went together?
