Thanks for the welcome. I am looking forward in loosing weight. I have tried so many approaches, but have given up halfway. Would appreciate all the advise/booster any one can give.
I see that you have lost a humungous amoutn of weight. Congrats. I hope to do the same.

You are very welcome. My advise is to log all food before you eat it, make sure you drink your water, exercise, and watch your sodium intake, it will cause water retention if you eat too much sodium, this site recommends that you eat no more than 2500 a day. thanks, I still have a long, long way to go though.0 -
