Weight Watchers veggie soup recipe?

Does anyone have the weight watchers veggie soup recipe? I used to have it but have lost it. Thanks to anyone who can post it.:smile:

  • I have the weight watchers cabbage and v8 soup recipe, is that the one you want? It's from literally 30 yrs ago.

    Garden Vegetable Soup (Weight Watchers)

    2/3 cup sliced carrot
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    3 cups broth ( beef, chicken, or vegetable)
    1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
    1/2 cup green beans
    1/2 cup diced zucchini
    1 Tbsp tomato paste
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp salt


    1. In large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion, adn garlic over low heat until softenend,
    about 5 mins.

    2. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, about
    15 mins or until beans are tender.

    3. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 mins. Serve Hot

    This recipe makes 4 servings about 1 cup each.
