    9am is my main workout.
    then I try to put another hour of walking in the evening time :)

    645am for cardio (i'm an early bird by nature). Although I lift better mid morning. If I lift before 10 or after 2, my lifts are not as strong.

    When it's warmest or nicest outside. In the late spring, summer and early fall, I'm out there as early as possible, before I eat anything. I prefer to run outside when I can , instead of the treadmill. If it's not going to be possible to get outside, I will run on the treadmill first thing in the morning. I'm usually never working out later than 3pm because that's when the kids get home and the real work begins.

    Depends on my work hours. Either at 10am if im working at 12pm-7pm or 2/3pm if i working 7-2pm:-)

    Whenever the gym isn't busy! On weekends I'll pretty much go whenever. On week days I go in the afternoon before 3pm or after 7pm.

    I workout right before bed, I sleep better and I am more refreshed in the morning.

    I like to go in the morning, but I work 8-5 most days & need to drive my daughter to school, plus I just can't see going to the gym at 6 am, so most days I go in the early evening. On my day off and the 1 day that I work the late shift I go in the morning

    Once when I wake up at 4:30 pm (I work nights!) and then, if I'm really ambitious, once at 8:00 am when I get home from work.

    I'm typically at the gym between 5:30 - 6:30 am on weekdays and at 9:00 on Saturdays.

    Have to do it before work or I'm too tired. I get to the gym at 5:45 am and work out for about an hour, M-F. Weekends, I chill.
