have any one else notice that with more water intake and a healthier diet that their bowel are frequently and normal even twice a day. I have, thats good and it removes toxin from the body. Before I decided to change my habits I use to stay constipated:laugh: Now Im gettin detoxed regulary , Not tyring to gross anyone, Just a fact I notice. Anyone else?:laugh:

    I hear ya! I thought it was only a guy thing actually. Ihonestly still believe they can poop on demand as well...now it is just a crack up topic among my brothers and I...I actually think we talk more about bodily functions now than anything in the last 30 year...how funny. :laugh: Glad to know it wasn't just my imagination either. :drinker: to us!!

    :laugh: yea i know people are going to be like wow. but its to. i researched it that water cleanses the colen and prevent constipation, no its not just a gut thing we women can do it with a healthy diet and plenty of water :laugh:

    Our natuopathic doctor says if you are eating healthfully, you should move your bowels after EVERY MEAL!!!! Yikes.

    I need noticed an improvement when I started eating cleaner and less!

  • i love a good poop talk :love: I have noticed a little but I suffer in that department and recently did a 7 day detox but pooping is good! :bigsmile:

    Glad to hear this. I lay cable atleast 3 times a day. Maybe even 4 on a good day. I drink alot of water and get plenty of fiber. I can't remember the last time my urine was clear. If its yellow... I'm guzzling water.

    A poop talk thats funny:laugh: but yea its amzing , all that bad and unhealthy food is slowly moving yuck :laugh: and if you have a problem with the bowel increase water intake i mean add more you will see in do time

    I have definitely noticed that I am much more regular. Not only am I doing it more but it almost always the same times of day.

    Along the same lines of this thread, has anyone noticed that exercising itself makes you need to go? Is it just me? After a vigourous workout, especially cardio, I find myself needing to make my way to the washroom. Maybe it is just the time of day things again, since I ususally work out the same time of day. Maybe just a coincidence?

    Yea that is true to right after excercise, i mean vigorious sweating and a good bowel :laugh:

    I have experienced the same things as you guys. I go at a minimum of 2 times a day, but it's usually 3 and many times 4. Lol. I'm in nursing school, and it seems like all we talk about is poop half the time! And yes, exercise makes me have to go too! Guess you gotta get really comfortable with being able to go wherever you happen to be. I got over that a long time ago. When you gotta go, you gotta go, lol!

    Thats true Leslie, when you gotta go you gotta go. Its very dangerous to hold yourself
