My favorites are the Zumba DVDs because they are so fun. But I've done others that weren't bad and some that weren't much fun but provided good results.

It would help to know what type of DVD you are looking for? How important is the fun factor vs. results?

Thanks everyone! I love zumba as well. I've just started borrowing some dvds from the library and i don't think they have the new zumba exhilerate. I borrowed an older zumba dvd and I've liked it =) Zumba is my new infatuation haha. Thanks for the suggestions I am going to try some of these out.

Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Hardcore Extreme step and The Butt Bible. If you are like me a want to burn lots of calories for your money Cathe's Dvd is the one she does the step and weights, Loved it, I also love Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strenght Dvd.

Sounds good. I'll look into these as well. I am definitely looking to burn lots of cals but at the same time it doesn't hurt if it's fun!

I've learned to love the Beachbody workouts too. Power 90 was a bit slow and repetitive, but that works for some people. P90X really made a difference for me and I lost 18 lbs during my first round. I've done TurboFire to get a mix of cardio in there. In ten weeks of a mix of P90X and TurboFire, I've lost an additional 17 pounds. It comes down to what you want to accomplish and what you like to do.

I like the 10 minute solutions workouts. I try them on Netflix. Amy Bento Kettlebell is a good one too.
  • Pretty much anything by Tony Horton. I have P90X and the P90X One on One Series Volume one. I also have P90X 2 on the way.
