    Just got my pics uploaded, 109 lbs down and goal reached!

    1st set, I was 283 lb , 08/2010.
    2nd set I was 245 lb, 01/2011
    3rd set I was 207 lbs, 5/2011.
    4th set I am 183 lbs, 9/2011
    5th set today 173 lbs, 11/2011

    I wore the same green dress from the 2nd set today just to emphasize the size difference.
    No push up bra, girdle, or panty hose, this is me naturally.

      I don't see the pics - you'll have to get the HTML for the location the pic is in (I think). Doesn't Photobucket have a spot on the page with your pic that gives you the image source?

      I've never posted pics in the forum, so I'm kinda lost too! I rely on the smartypants people to do it - haha!

      the img tags were right originally but you have to use lowercase letters ---> [ img ] without the spaces.

      Just keep going, I still have a hard time realizing I am small without looking in the mirror. Till last week I was having a hard time realizing I need to stop loosing weight. I was trying to starve my self so my weight on the scale goes down b/c I am 173 lb and 5'4.
      But with the help of my Dr. we decided it is the way I am built and I need to work on strength training and ignore the fact that on the scale I weigh a lot. I actually posted this hopping it would help me accept the fact that I am there and I jsut need to work on maintaining, strength training and muscle tone.
      You guys are really helping me, ty very much!
