I have a shake in the morning and one for dinner and a normal lunch, I normaly make a mix of fruit, yogurt, fruit juice and protein powders.
Its a bit hard at first, cause your body will be hungry....but after a while i just gets used to it.
also to say sometimes I will have a *normal* breakfast or dinner on occasion just to mix things up0 -
okay thanks:)0

its good for a snack but not a meal replacement u need carbs in every meal and in every meal to have 6 of the food groups in every meal.. i mean its good and healthy for 1 day to do juices for a detox type of thing but u will lose heaps of weight but u will b hungry for a lot of the time.. it wouldn't last and when u stop and go back to normal habit u will put the weight back on
breakfast u need a good start to the day to keep you going through to lunch.. smoothies- veggies are good for quick drink and to ensure that you reach the recommended daily intake of veggies..
eat smart and eat when need too...not when u have too0 -

This is good advice. Plus, there are other things in fruit and vegetables that are better than juicing. Such as eating a full orange. The rines in the orange is anti-cancerous and has loaded health benefits. When you juice, you're missing the rines.0 -
Eating an apple with skin on adds fibre content..0
