For breakfast, I had some multi grain cheerios with blueberries and skim milk, plus coffee with a little cream and Truvia.
For lunch, I'm planning on having sun dried tomato cous cous with broccoli and chick peas, topped with some plain greek yogurt and some pita chips.
Afternoon snack will be a banana with vanilla yogurt and granola to help power me through my run.
Dinner will be vegetarian chili with sour cream, shredded cheese and Fritos.
And then I'll probably have a small bowl of Edy's slow churned ice cream for dessert.
Normally I'd have a mid morning snack too, but I'm working at home today which means I start my day a lot later and don't need it.0 -
I'm in the same situation as you-we're out of groceries!
For breakfast I had whole wheat toast and jam (apricot with no added sugar) and for a snack I had a fiber one granola bar (chocolate chip!)
For lunch I'm having a can of chicken noodle soup because it's all I could find that I could bring with me today
For dinner probably some frozen salmon and fruits and veggies
Probably some healthy snacking in-between (I tend to graze...)0 -
I miss hummus! Last year I developed an allergy to legumes...
Breakfast:

Lunch:

I'm finding that my protein is always over, but my carbs are always low... I guess I should be eating more fruits and veggies....0 -

We're getting low on groceries, so I'm eating what we have. This morning I had 2 Boston creme toaster strudels, OMG, I felt so guilty after eating them, but I was starving and have been sick all day today and yesterday and needed to eat something.
Right now I'm eating a can of Campbells' vegetable soup.
For a snack later I'm going to have some cucumber slices sipped in lite Italian dressing.0 -

Breakfast: usually Special K Strawberry or Kashi Autumn Harvest w/Vanilla Breeze Almond Milk, but today I had Thomas Hearty Grains english muffin w/1 egg scrambled & 2 slices turkey bacon
snack: WW amaretto cheesecake yogurt or banana
Lunch: 3 oz lemon pepper rotisserie chicken, carrots & cottage cheese
dinner: turkey burger w/lo fat swiss cheese & fresh mushrooms - last night I had my version of a Mexican Pizza: 1 mission life balance wheat tortilla, picante sauce thinly spread on top, 2% mexican cheese blend, 1 oz of rotisserie chicken, low-fat sour cream & a little bit of chives sprinkled on top. I just put a little cooking spray in a skillet and cook it (covered) on med. heat for 4-5 minutes. It's quick & yummy!
