Are you working out? If you're working out you should eat more than the 1200 calories - Up to how many calories you burn during your workout. One of my super easy meals that's under 350 calories is a super simple taco salad:

    3 cups lettuce
    Diced onion
    Diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1/4 cup(ish) salsa
    1/3 can Nalley's vegetarian chili
    1/4 cup shredded cheese

i Agree that taco salad sounds good i think that's what we are going to have for dinner!!! Im working out about 3 times a week doing biggest loser sculpting and then light aerobics for about 40 minutes and the sculpting for 20 minutes... on those days i eat about 1400 calories but like i said MFP told me to do 1200 before i was just doing it on my own!! So i figured on the days i work out i can have around 1400 calories but on the days im not i guess i'll try to eat 1200 to me that seems so little but i really need this weight to start moving...

I have been eating Lean Cuisines, salads and fruit :) Every time I mention the LC it seems someone says watch the sodium count on those but honestly it's really not bad. And it's been working.

Hi. I have a lot of luck with nonfat plain yogurt mixed with fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries or blackberries are my favorites) with a little Splenda if needed. Very filling and energy producing! Shoot also for fresh squeezed orange juice. It is a little high in calories but it is so energy boosting and refreshing. It keeps me going for a long time. Good luck and don't be hard on yourself if it takes a few days to actually keep it at 1200. It is hard to get the hang of it but you can if you don't give up because you haven't been "perfect" for a couple of days!

that taco salad does sound really good, and I think I'll do it without the chili too!
    Thanks!
