this last year has been crazy but i hit a plateau pretty hard last may and have been going up and down the same 4 pounds i just want to see the 160's so i switched to eating full calories for about 2 months and now i am having a hard time switching back to eating less. It is strange that when you eat less you have a hard time eating more and when you eat more you have a hard time eating less. During this journey i learned so many things about myself #1 I LOVE TO RUN I have competed in several races including a half marathon last spring this is a lifestyle change for me and this is one of the best thing that has come out of me trying to get healthy and improve my life my 2 year old daughter talks constantly about mommy running it makes me well up. without further ado i give you my journey
