Talking about Zumba

Does anyone have a recomendation for a at home Zumba CD for the Tv, I am thinking this would be fun on raining days when I can't get out and walk.

    If you have the Wii, get the Zumba game. It's fun and you work up a sweat. :happy:

    They're all good, I have a couple of sets & looooove all of them!! Well worth it when you can't get out to exercise.

    I love the Cardio party DVD. It gives you individual moves to learn then puts them all together with some awesome music. You do need a bit of space though. Shame I can;t use it now I've moved back home cause there's not enough room. But I do the real thing now :P

    Love the WII idea, I have always had fun with them at family and friends, I need to check and see if I can borrow one, and see if I will use it. great advice Sandra

    i have zumba dvds i got them from QVC with the shaker sticks and they are brill hard work but fun my 15 month old son loves the music lol you need lots of water and the pause button!lol
