well, i gained from last week but i am surprised that i am still down for the challenge after two horrible weeks with no exercise and over-eating... I guess there is hope for this challenge - time to pick it up! more later - off to my first meeting of the day.0

Well looks like I'm gaining about a pound a week these days! :noway: And so far I've gained a total of 11.5 pounds!!!! A little more than I hoped...since I'm only 18 weeks tomorrow! Ahhh! Oh well..as long as my munchkin is growing healthy, I won't worry too much. AND I am exercising pretty much every day, so I know I'm doing something right!
Last night was yoga, tonight is strength/cardio. AND I have an appointment this afternoon and we should be scheduling my ultrasound...which is SOOOO exciting!!!!! Can't believe I'm almost to that point already....close to half-way!!!

Hey ladies!
I am working on week 15. I am feeling better most of the time. Still having some nausea in the evening. I am just glad it's not while I am at work. I really want make baby steps back to the gym at the end of this week. The kiddos are going to the beach Thursday morning through saturday evening so DH and I have some time to ourselves. 1/2 hour on the eliptical 3 or 4 times a week is my goal. If not then 1/2 to 45 minute walk. So far I am still down a few pounds from the start of my pregnancy. Since I started out over weight, I hope to keep the gain down to 20 or less. I am on the right track.
I have my 16 week appt next week and hopefully my ob will tell me to schedule my 20 wk scan. My birthday is 12/15 and I cant think of a better birthday present then to see my little person growing inside of me! Not to mention, finding out if we will be parents to 3 boys or finally have some more girl in my house!0 -

amy and Kris - congrats on the healthy pregnancies. SO sweet. Everyone in my life is with child at the moment!! Two of my friends are due the same day 27th December!
Chipper - keep plugging away with it, emmele's right, it may take a couple of weeks to kick in.
I have 1.4lbs to lose to get to my goal for this 6 weeks!!! I have never achieved it before!! last week and i'm going to step it up! x0 -

It's all good, I know why, so time to get back on track this week. So far so good. I even talked to my trainer yesterday and she said it's the holiday's, these things happen. We'll get over it. So, now to work on my goal before my contract is up with her.
Amy and Kristen, great news to almost see the peanuts!!! That is the most exciting part.

AFM: Started the day out bad, with a mean lady in the office. I don't know why I always let her get to me. She is mean in nature and even her family doesn't understand where it came from. So sad that people can be so mean, but yet want respect. Huh!! See if I help her anymore!!
Tonight is Zumba, plus to do my special sit-ups and steps my trainer wants me to practice.

shanell yesterday was fine. yes, zumba tonight. kenny just brought me the copies of JM 6 pack in 6 weeks, and 30 day shred. so tickled about them. will try them tomorrow. although i am enjoying the outside running now that's it's light earlier. i can do both yes, i can.

good morning....rough night. hot - cold - hot - cold. fighting dogs for space. don't like those kind of nights. one dog is having issues witht he time change. need to work on that. i always get up with him so DH can sleep. he is the one that has to work, it's the least i can do. so i see a nap this afternoon. now let's see whats exercise today. maybe a run, it does feel good.

went to gym. 30 mins on the treadmill had a great run, 25 mins with the weights and machines. i so enjoy the endorphin feeling of a good workout and wanting more. it's like wanting food. just the body can only do so much. showered and ready for the day. i am hemming a pair of pants and that's about it.

AFM: Had an okay night last night. Made a yummy chicken, couscous, and peas dinner, had Kadence's parent conference at her daycare, did some yoga, read my book, then finished the night watching the CMA's! Tonight I'm hoping to do my strength/cardio workout! Then Greys and Private Practice!!
