    I'm having a burrito of sorts...low carb wheat wrap, pinto beans, small sprinkle of Mexican cheese, onions, and salsa...with a golden delicious apple. :) Filling and only around 350 calories total.
  • Other than what I can find... fruits. Their verly low in calories and feel me up and maybe I will have some sweet chilli rice chips.

    I had broiled Tilapia and 1/2 cup Jamaican rice and peas and 6 hersheys kisses for dessert :bigsmile:

    maine shrimp , cocktail sauce, fresh steamed asparagus.

    lettuce wraps with mango salsa.

    Tortilla chips with regular salsa.

    1/4 of a flat bread pizza (made with a 100 calorie flat bread), covered in feta, olive oil, peppers, and artichokes.

    Total lunch calories = under 300!!!

    I can tell you what not to eat! Today I went to Panera bread, and thought I would get a light lunch so I just order a side of mac and cheese. Figured it was a bit of a splurge but did not realize how much! 500 calories and 30 grams of fat...for a side!!!!

    Half a Big Apple tomato/basic bagel with just a dab of olive cream cheese
    Under 400 calories
