Hey guys, I'm all new to myfitnesspal. I'm determined to shed my extra weight and it'd be really good to have a few people to share the experience with for support and motivation :) Any healthy eating tips and simple fat busting excercises would be much appreciated and please don't be shy to add me as a friend :) Best of luck to everyone on here, we can do this! :)

  • Welcome! Always try to get a few days of cardio in, depending on wha you like to do for working out, I totally reccomend Zumba (burns tons of calories and it's fun), Eliptical or running. I love food, so I eat what I want just in moderations, lots and lots of veges and TONS of water! Good luck!!!!
