Not tropical, but Florida....
I remember being completely drenched in sweat and humidity in the summer.
Finally starting to cool off a little.
Can you do it after/around sunset?0 -
According to me, in Nebraska, you have the ideal problem!0

not really, i tried that but with my liltte boy im usually exhausted by then and just wanting to relax with my hubby. I live in Queensland, Australia... its 8:25am and already 75% humidity and 25 C...or 77 F i think it is.0

The heat and humidity of South Carolina summers can be miserable...
I swim a ton! And run in the mornings right as the sun comes up.0 -
i swim a lot, u have to in the heat hey!! I would love to be able to exercise before the sun gets up but im told if i get any less sleep im gonna have more trouble losing weight as my bub still wakes at 2am for a feed so only averaging 4-5 hrs a night as it is0
